In times of remote working, everyone of us had to learn to work with tools like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype.
This form of collaboration gives us less information about our fellow-participants. When we cannot see the body language of the participants, what and who else is in the room and have no clue what the mood is whith which they enter the virtual space, it is of even more importance to learn how to read the group and keep them engaged. A good balance between talking and listening is essential. A transparent, yet flexible agenda is helpful. A good setting of the stage and constant work on a high spirit is key.
I am happy to support you in the facilitation of your team meetings so you and your team get the most of the time you spent in front of the screen.
